Brown Sauce

I use 'Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix' from Knorr (certified halal). A friend of my daughter who is studying Hotel Management  & Tourism  recommended this product. It has instructions at the back pack so u have to do some maths 2 get your required servings.

U dissolve it first then only simmer to boil but mine always turn lumpy and  in  the end i sieved the sauce before serving.   u can add flavoured black pepper to get  black pepper sauce or add mushroom then it'll becomes mushroom sauce.
